The Coping Cue Cards™ Distraction Deck is a deck of cards designed to help kids learn healthy coping skills. The Distraction Deck has 44 coping skills cards with simple distraction strategies children can use. Play is a natural stress reliever for children, and this deck offers tons of play ideas to help kids decompress. Sometimes kids also need to take a break before they're ready to deal with their stress, anxiety, or anger. This deck offers lots of ideas for creative and fun ways for kids to take a break until they're ready and able to process their thoughts and emotions.
